The certification for Class 5 Relocatable Armory Vaults is one of the many GSA tests International has passed in the history of the company. GSA Federal Specification # AA-V-2940This specification is for the requirements of an assembled armory vault system for outdoor use. It covers a six sided structure with a minimum protection time of 15 minutes in a multi-tool attack. The procedures and tools used to determine the resistance to attack can be as advanced as government level. International Precast's manufacturing facilities in conjunction with our PCI certification insure superior quality control.We design and manufacture all steel components and forms. This allows us the ability to reduce delivery cycles while controlling costs and quality.All quality precast products must follow this process: •Design/Approval/Storage/Measuring/Mixing/Casting/Finishing/HandlingWe significantly exceed the national standard for concrete mixing by controlling all aspects of this process. All raw materials are stored in climate-controlled bays. Our state of the art planetary mixing machine is CNC controlled which allows for unlimited custom design mixes. Our casting beds are thermostatically controlled for ideal curing time.
