International Precast foundation panels and insulated crawl space panels for basements are the ideal foundation choice.
Our panels are custom designed to fit the shape of your house. Your home builder prepares the site excavation, installs the subfloor drains and prepares the foundation area. In addition, base plates are installed by your foundation contractor using a plan provided by us. These plates are strategically located to correlate with plates that have been embedded into the wall panels. International Precast will then deliver the factory built panels to the site and install them with the use of a crane.
